These terms apply to the Octopuzzle app and this website. By using the app you agree to them.
The app
Octopuzzle gives you a Word, a Number and a Logic puzzle each day, with streaks and stats. Play fairly and take breaks.
Your account
You start as a guest. You can sign in with Apple to keep your progress across phones if you are 13 or older. Keep your device secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Names and conduct
Pick a display name and username that you are allowed to use. Don't use ones that impersonate someone or are offensive. We may remove a name, a result that was not played honestly, or an account that abuses the service.
Puzzles and results
Puzzles, art and the Inky character belong to Tinkerers Labs. You may share your own results, for example with the share text the app creates.
Apple's terms
Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We work to keep it running and the puzzles correct, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
